Pics of the demo this past Saturday.  Hope you like them, I thought Lauren did a great job with the demo.  These bookmarks were made using distress ink pads for the background and stamped with distress ink pads and then used perfect pearls for the pearly images.

Just In, New Greeting Farm and Copic pens

Denise (aka Tinkercrafts) came in on Friday to the store, but I missed her as I sent to my daughter's soccer game at Mililani HS.  I was so bummed to have missed Denise and she left me the most gorgeous RAK ever.  This is my absolute first RAK received and it sure is beautiful.  THANK YOU Denise to much.  Your talent is super.  Enjoy the pics friends.

Make n Take 12-19-09/Hero Arts Party

Hi all,

The Hero Arts Party didn't really happen since I did not get the make n take stuff in time, but we had fun anyway.  This is the Make n take that we did today.  It was a lot of fun, easy to do, and we had fun using the distress pads from Ranger and using Hero Arts stamps to decorate it.  Here are the measurements.

Outside DP (designer paper) is 3-3/4 x 11-5/8.  Score using Scor-Pal (get it at the store, it is a must have tool) at the following:  1", 6 and a dot, scooch that score line to 7 and a triangle and score at 7-1/2.  Hope this makes sense. 

CS (cardstock) measurement on outside mat is 3-1/4 x 4-1/8.  Top mat is 3 x 3-7/8.
CS (cardstock) on inside is 3-1/2 x 5-1/4.

Staple bottom of matchbook flap using Tim Holtz's tiny stapler.

Construction

Hi everyone.  There will be construction in front of the store today and for a couple days.  I am still open so please come in and visit.  They are fixing the fire damage that occurred in the attic before I opened my store.

Design Team Last Call

Hi everyone.  This is last call for my design team.  I have changed the requirements a little as it seems like some of the gals do not want to demo.  I would love to have card samples made for the store and I could compensate the DT for that.  Please mail in your samples to the store at the address above.  I will make my final decision by 1/15/10.  I am leaving this open until the end of the year.  The DT will get compensated by getting a discount at the store, up to a certain amount per month.

This Wednesday

I will not be at the store, but my DS Eric will be there holding down the fort.  I need to do some Christmas shopping of my own and will be busy shopping.  I should be back in the late afternoon.

Tilda Card my DD made

Lauren made this card for her Secret Santa swap for her varsity soccer team.  I hope the recipient likes it.  I really like the colors she used.  I also like that she used ribbon for Tilda's pigtails.
